David Samuelsen Here are the instructions for Outlook, and Outlook Express: Outlook: Quoting Megan: Highlight the message, right click, and from the menu that appears, choose "options". There will be a box in the window that pops up labelled "internet headers"; it's the content of that box that needs to be copied and pasted. Outlook Express: Quoting Derek Nichols, and Alfred Eller, other listowners: DN: When the message is open File > Properties. Then select Details. You can highlight, then copy the information using Ctrl-C (keyboard shortcut), or doing the usual Right Click and select copy. You can do the same thing with the message closed by Right Clicking on the message and then selecting Properties. And then Details again. ... AE: after you select "Details," then at the bottom of the window, select "Message Source", then hit the full screen button. (the square in the upper right corner between the "-" and the "X". The part you are looking for is in the second half of the page, after all the bold type a little way it will say "- - - - -Transcript of session follows- - - -" select from there to the end, I THINK I FINALLY GOT IT. --- Hope this helps, Valorie PS: When filtering for it, remember that it's "Snowhite", not "SnowWhite."
