Hi, What is needed is the full header of the message. All that the data below is telling us is that a portion of the message is encoded. Have one of the technical people at rootsweb look at the full headers on the original message. From there it will be possible to match the output with what is expected in order to conform with Internet standards. From there the answer should be obvious.
