Searches under California Deaths enter surname HERB birth year 1916. You get Betty HERB, mother's maiden = Cresap. Now, go back, RESET, enter surname HERB, mother's maiden Cresap -- you get 0 hits. (I tried four or five times after Searches came back on-line last night). I have often gotten 0 hits when using surname + spousename or parentname. I have previously simply assumed the person I wanted wasn't in there. But this time, I KNOW she's there. Is there a glitch in the search routine maybe?
