I have been having exactly the same problem that Norma describes. I have sent queries to the help desk, as suggested by Joan, and received a form reply that just sends me off on the same circle over and over again. Finally I got a note with a tel number to call--but I don't feel comfortable calling during my working hours, and the hours that I am available for genealogy work don't fit with their hours.
