    3. Hi Lenda - I'm the coordinator of the Woodruff Co., AR, board. I haven't heard of this particular attachment before. What did this person's message say (not the attachment, the email message)? I would suggest that your response depends on the intent of the person and the email message may be a clue to that: 1) if they are unaware that they're transmitting this file, then they need to be aware of it, and if it is a virus, to get rid of it, or 2) if they're intentionally transmitting something offensive, then you can send the message to postmaster or abuse address at MSN.COM (ABUSE@MSN.COM) along with your complaint. You can also go to http://supportservices.msn.com/ and get other options there. I guess this is what I'd suggest. I also don't know what this pif file is, but there are some "pif" virus files. Perhaps somebody else on the list knows...?
