Sandy Redmond, I have earthlink and I use the Netscape mail program. I can delete without opening the mail by putting the form in only the right half and left half and shutting the section where you read the mail, bottom right. Also Earthlink has a spaminator whitch catches your spam and you can delete it, read it or let it be deleted by them if you don't check often enough. I have found this service OK but they some spam gets through anyway but I haven't found anything not spam in the spaminator file. Nancy
