Since there is so much variation in how different scanners are operated and since it may be that none of us use your model scanner, I suggest that one of the Usenet news groups might be your best chance for getting the step by step procedure that you need. The Usenet is a section of the Internet currently with some 60,000 plus bulletin boards covering every conceivable subject. I suspect that one of the group prefixed "comp," for computers, would be your best bet. Post your question on one (or maybe better all) of the following news groups: comp.periphs.scanner comp.periphs.scanners and alt.comp.periphs.scan The usenet today is not as prominent as it was 7 years when I first began to use the Internet. This was before the WWW came to dominate popular usage of the Internet. Yet you almost certainly have the Newsreader you need for access. If you use Microsoft Outlook Express you can access it thru that program. I think the Netscape mail program has similar Usenet capability. Give it a try.
