It's okay now. The original was on my desktop computer where it would not accept the key. I did a fresh install on my laptop and was able to create an account at my.rootsmagic.com just fine. However, I won't be uploading data from the laptop. I'll be doing it from the desktop. Maybe I'll uninstall the original install on my desktop and reinstall there to make sure the registration is fine there too. Can someone tell me if there is also something I need to do other than uninstall and reinstall? Something with the registration on my desktop computer itself?
