    3. After purchasing, downloading and installing RM6, and converting my data, I attempted to set up an account at my.rootsmagic.com to upload my data later. However, when I submitted my desired username and password, I receive a popup window that says "Key not valid for creating user account". What am I doing wrong? Patricia
