I downloaded RM6 a couple of weeks ago (or thought I did) and it has cleared my credit card account. I got busy with holiday stuff and didn't go to install the download until recently. It isn't there. I'm not sure what to do. Should I just download again and RM will know it's already paid for and allow that? Or is there another procedure I should follow? TIA.........Barbara Cogburn
