Thanks Bruce, You are correct that the folder's name was changed from the original name where it was installed. The original folder name was \RootsMagic 4\. After I upgraded to Version 5, I renamed the folder \RootsMagic 5\. I reinstalled RM5 into \RootsMagic\ and all is well now.
