If you cannot find your database file, its not an issue with RootsMagic. You might as well be posting on a Windows forum. Do you know the name of the file? Use Windows search, either via the entry form above Start on later versions or via Windows Explorer in all versions. Not remembering the name you could still search for all RootsMagic database file post-RM3 using the search term "*.rmgc", sans quotes. Good luck!
