Am now testing on RM6, but the problem was first noticed back in August while still on RM 5. Programs are on a 120 GB SSD and data on a pair of 1 TB Drives in RAID 0 configuration. I posted the rest of the computer config in reply to another question in this thread. I Don't know how many pages it would be if the report could be generated, but also posted the number of individuals in the 7 generation list that seems to cause the error (10215). A 6 generation list (5889 individuals) has no error, so it seems the problem is somewhere between 6,000 and 10,000. If you or anyone else really wants to see this effect "in person" contact me off-list and I'll gladly send you either the GEDCOM or a copy of the RM database (RM6) that I'm now using. charlieh@wt.net or crhoffpauir@gmail.com -- Charlie Hoffpauir

    3. I wonder if it's an array problem. Just speculating, I have no idea how the Descendant view is generated. But it is clearly a bug, given that you can duplicate it via GEDCOM transfer. If my data set is the only one that has the problem, I doubt that it will ever be looked into by the debuggers. And even though I doubt I'd use the Descendant list very much, it bothers me that I have to restart RM whenever I do try to use it.

    3. If you simply want someone to confirm that your data causes the problem on somebody else's computer, send me the sufficient subset.
