I downloaded RM 6 and installed, but did not replace RM 5. RM 6 wantsd my user name and passcode and will not accept RM 5 code. Jon, Soon after I ordered the upgrade I received a confirming email with the version 6 key. If you simply downloaded the (free) version, you didn't get a key. Jon, If you want a paid version of RM6 you will need to purchase RM6 from RootsMagic.com Once purchased, you will have a key which you can then install in the RM6 download version which will convert this from the Essentials free version to a full version.
