Is the image wider than it is tall? In an early release, it used a fixed aspect ratio which distorted all thumbnails with a different ratio. That was fixed but maybe no limit has been placed on the horizontal dimension, only the vertical, with the result that wide aspect ratio images overprint the name. It doesn't look like it matters what aspect ratio the picture has, both horizontal and vertical pictures cover the name. Looks like there wasn't any room or location for the picture to be inserted.
