I do have Microsoft Word as the default. With the RM individual page open for the head of the family, I go to Reports. It produces a FGS. Then I go to save and it gives me 2 choices. PDF and rtf. PDF works, but rtf doesn't. It just makes that line across the top. I said the FGS in pdf works, but it is actually not working perfectly. It is leaving out the birth date. I looked to see if I had a conflict in dates but I didn't. I looked to see if I had something turned off. Where I looked, I didn't.
