David Cann: although you have already been told that not all user accounts have been authorized for access to new.familysearch.org, you don't need RootsMagic to determine whether yours is one of them. Go directly to the new.familysearch.org website and fill in your user name and password in the boxes on the left, using your current, valid familysearch.org login credentials. If they work, great.
