I don't offer a fix. Just that it has been sent to RM support. I asked if anyone else has had that problem and was asked for details which are attached. Since I have the latest version of RM and have corrected it once to have it happen again, it is a bug/glitch of some kind. Your choice on name until explanation is forthcoming.
