    3. Betty sent me a database. I created a FGS RTF, PDF and a PDF from the RTF via Word 2010. All were complete. Sent her the RTF and all she sees is one line. She sent it back to me - it's complete so it survived the round trip without error. This seems to be an issue with Word, especially now that we see that LibreOffice Writer handles the RTF okay.
