Brenda, I've tried NUMEROUS time, but without success, including just a few minutes ago. It appears the problem is the fact that I have a current account with "old" Family Search, but that log in is no good with "new" Family Search, and the system will likewise not allow me to create an account with "new" FS because my valid email address, username, password and other information are already in use IN MY OLD FS account, so there is no way around it. Even if I did create a new username and password, I HOPE I don't have to get another email address just for that purpose. Hi David, Have you tried calling them and explaining the issue? I think someone else said they had the same issue that you have. That person called them, to have the issue fixed right away.
