    3. Brenda, I've tried NUMEROUS time, but without success, including just a few minutes ago. It appears the problem is the fact that I have a current account with "old" Family Search, but that log in is no good with "new" Family Search, and the system will likewise not allow me to create an account with "new" FS because my valid email address, username, password and other information are already in use IN MY OLD FS account, so there is no way around it. Even if I did create a new username and password, I HOPE I don't have to get another email address just for that purpose. Very frustrating when Ron (see below) and others tell me that others CAN do it but I cannot. :-( David E. Can you log in here? I'm not LDS, so this is just my understanding of it, but I "think" if you can log in here, then you should be able to connect to the database with RM4 or RM5. 3. Hi David, Have you tried calling them and explaining the issue? I think someone else said they had the same issue that you have. That person called them, to have the issue fixed right away. 3. David, Contact the Family Search support folks. Explain your situation to them. They should be able to help you get it sorted out.
