To send a file to Tech Support, you have to go to the RootsMagic website and select Support > Get help > scroll down to Online Technical Support and follow the instructions. To send a file to a poster in this forum, attach it to an email addressed directly to the poster's email address, which is available in the From line of the message. The correct functioning of RTF is absolutely essential to anyone serious about publishing from their RootsMagic database.
