    3. Verrry strange, indeed. I use Word from Office 2010. Just took a guess at LibreOffice Writer, based on my experience with the others. It's bizarre that you have the opposite result with the same version of Word. Mine is installed in Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium but the OS should not make any difference. I'm using RM 5.0.4.1. Maybe those of you having this problem with RTF in Word should submit a trouble ticket to Tech Support and attach your database to see if they can replicate the problem.     3. A suggestion you could try: create a new database and drag one family to it. Then make a RTF from it and open with MS Word. Any improvement? If not, there's a small sample database to share with Tech Support.
