Betty - I have the same problem you have. PDF works just fine, but RTF opening in Wordpad only shows the first line. I have tried the suggestion to uncheck the view option, but still only get the first line. I saved the RTF file to my desktop and tried the "open with" Microsoft Works Word processing and it tells me I do not have enough memory to open that one page. It says to close all other programs, which I did - I even restarted my computer and it still told me I do not have enough memory. I have Windows7 - 64 bit, with 310 GB space available and 7.89 GB ram available. If you find the problem, please let me know, too.
