You are right, but it is no longer available for sale. I would have sent myself since he said he had previously bought, but someone did so first. It is a good little program for quick city checks like the county check, but was not from Bruce originally, I believe. He got permission top make it available with earlier programs, but not with the newer RM's. Guess work on my part. Bruce has to pay per user price for some of these add-ons nd ones that are liked can come high as popularity increases. Mapping programs were mentioned earlier as example.
