    3. Are you trying to click on a database and have it open in the program? Since both RootsMagic 4 and 5 use the same extension for their data files, Windows does not know the difference, therefor you have to set the file association in Windows to the v\program version you want to use to open a RMGC file. The one you set will always be te one called when you double click on that kind of file until you change the association to the other one. In my opinion, double clicking on the file is no easier than opening the program first and opening a file from that program's file folder.
