    3. I read all the comments that have arrived. I don't think it really belongs in a Misc fact although you could customize the sentences to your satisfaction. I have a "Court" fact that must have come on some imported gedcom a long time ago. I don't recall using it, but it would have more use than just a crime. There might be name changes that are done through the courts or some other type of civil suit also.
