    3. That's probably something I'll never need to do again, but I did now thanks to an error in my initial source information that I carried through on 32 subsequent entries. It's all moot now because I just finished moving the 33 entries one at a time so now it is done. Thanks for the response, Tom. David E. There is no direct way within RM. If there is only the one place detail, you could edit the place name to what you want or merge it with the right place. Otherwise, the only way I can think of is to write a custom SQLite query that would reassign the place detail to the desired place. Tom On 2012-08-04, at 6:57 PM, "David E. 3. How many places are using the incorrect location? Make a place with the correct name or use the one you have already. Merge the incorrect location into the correct one. However I don't know if it will carry over into the edit page on each to the blank provided. It will be in the selection icon. Jon On Sat, Aug 4, 2012 at 10:29 PM, David E. 3. Jon, There were 33 of them, but it is resolved now by changing the entries one at a time. This was caused when I made the original place entry of a church and verified the location, but unknowingly used the MAILING address, and that was in another small town nearby. By the time I realized it, I had made 33 entries so was hoping of finding a way of moving the place detail to the correct town, but there is no way of doing it that I can find. To be honest, this is a nearly unique set of events that will likely never come up in the same way again, so little if any need for the capability in the first place. Just looking for a shorter solution to my problem, but it's all moot now because I've now moved all 33 entries to the correct small village and deleted the place detail from the small village that apparently now delivers mail to them. <sigh> David E.
