Is it just this one person's birth date which does not print on the Family Group Sheet or do none of the birth dates print there? If it is just the one, check the person's Edit person window and see if you checked it at Private or something. How about checking the Family Group sheet option to "Include basic events even if blank" - Is it possible that person's Birth fat is a user defined one? If none of the birth dates print on a FGS, check the Birth fact on the fact types list and see if the checkmark is missing from "Include When" - "Family group sheets."
