Hi, Recently on the GOONS (Guild of One Name Studies) mailing list there was a discussion regarding who uses RM for their ONS (one-name study) to which I replied. Through further discussions, it was also asked about using RM for tracking DNA studies. The following was created in the ISOGG wiki to record information on RM, ONS and DNA - http://isogg.org/wiki/RootsMagic Thought others may be interested. Kind regards, Andrew <http://isogg.org/wiki/RootsMagic> <http://isogg.org/wiki/RootsMagic> -- <http://isogg.org/wiki/RootsMagic> *Kemp One-Name Genealogical Study* ***Guild Member 5729* ONS: <http://isogg.org/wiki/RootsMagic>http://www.kempfamilyhistory.com DNA: http://www.worldfamilies.net/surnames/camp/ Email: clan@kempfamilyhistory.com
I have created a number of GEDCOM files in the last couple of days and have noticed that I appear to have gained 'dbf' and 'fpt' files in the GEDCOM folder. Earliest date appears to be 11 July 2012 Just noticed I seem to also have some 'IMP' files? And 'List_of_PINs_with_bad_words_for_Pimble 20120711' Did I miss something or am I doing something incorrectly? Would appreciate your thoughts.
