I realise that I can contact Rootsmagic help and support team but I would be grateful if someone would help me to sort out this problem on this list to avoid a delay. I already have the free version of Rootsweb on my computer. Today I have purchased the full version online. I downloaded it following the instructions to save it and then to run it. The next step tells me that when I'm prompted I should enter the number of the registration key. I am not being prompted and I don't know how to find the place to enter the registration key.
