Import your PAF database into a new RM database. Review and correct the individuals you want. Then open your working database in RM, it allows multiple databases to be open. Do a backup. Tile the two database views side by side in RM. Drag and drop the individuals from the imported database to your working one. Check Help (F1 key) along the way for any terms you don't understand. Good luck!
