Legacy does not 'export' to RootsMagic; rather RootsMagic 'imports' from the Legacy database file. So your question is really, "Is it possible to get RootsMagic to import Source Detail Quality from a Legacy database file?". Likewise, Legacy 'exports' SDQ to GEDCOM and RM5 'imports' SDQ from a Legacy GEDCOM.
