Have you gotten a copy of their marriage certificate? They may have changed it themselves, Howeever, I would use the notes under their marriage and your birth notes. Also when you look for their records, include that spelling as a possible link. Other records may have used that spelling too. Using that in marriage notes and your birth note will make it available for each parent as needed.
