    3. Thanks, Tom for your help. I have tried to follow your suggestions. First, I compacted in RM, then I defragged and cleaned up. Finally I did a CHKDSK. When I open RM I still get the error message.Unless anyone has any other suggestions, I suppose I need to call in some professional help.
