I'm having a problem getting the app to open and download the data to my iPad. App installed okay. I already had Dropbox installed. For the longest time and many trys, when I opened the app and selected the Dropbox tab, nothing would happen. The instruction menu would remain on the screen. I finally copied my RM6 database file into the correct APPS > RootsMagic folder in Dropbox. The app would finally recognize the database (67,332 kb). When I select it, the app tells me to stay on the page until the download is complete. Then it tries a long time to download it. Every time, I finally get an error message that says to check my Internet connection. But my internet connection is fine. I've tried numerous times, but always wind up with the same error message. Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong? Thanks, Patricia
