Lynn, No, that is the way roots magic treats repositories, as only the physical building, then your thinking is not wrong, but by making the microfilm or deed book your master source, you are still retyping a large amount of data, which allows typos to creep in, into the source details fields. I am asking for a way to avoid that. I find it ironic that everyone is trying to tell me what a repository is, but not one single person has answered the question, do the "source comments" and "source text" output if added to a source output template? You also missed my original point which is I can currently attach a task to a repository. So having the film as a repository makes sense. Not the building that holds thousands of films. I understand that rootsmagic prints the master source, and the source details, but not the repository. So I am trying to find a printable spot to put my current repositories, that do print in my current program. Ideally, i'd like to enter that data only once, but I realize that isn't going to happen.
