Thanks Tom, that was what I needed to know. That's very different than what I am doing currently. If they don't print at all, then putting the information into the notes field isn't going to help me any except in the program. Do the "source text" or "source comments" (under the Master Text tab) print as part of the source output? While it would be a pain to have to edit all the sources to move the repository information, that appears to be the best place to put it, if I can append that field to the text. Then I could copy the Master Source, and then edit the information that is unique for each source. -----Original Message----- From: rootsmagic-users-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:rootsmagic-users-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Tom Holden Sent: Wednesday, December 19, 2012 9:41 PM To: rootsmagic-users@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [RMagic] Repository questions AFAIK, no data from the Repository Address fields come out in a citation footnote or bibliography. There are some Source Templates that have their own repository fields but they do not connect to Repository Address fields. Excuse my terminology but I mean the fields under the Repository tab which are stored internally in the AddressTable. So the best place to put the info about the microfilm is in the Master Sources you create from it, if you want that info in a footnote or Bibliography.
