    1. Re: [RMagic] Question Pertaining Upgrade From RM3 to RM6

    3. 1. Yes. You qualify for the upgrade price and can import your RM3 database directly into RM6. Your RM3 database remains intact while a new RM6 database gets created from its data. 2. You can upload the files created by Publish Online to your own hosting service but not from within RM6. Yes, there are XML files that bear the RM6 RIN for the person so revised files will have the same names. 3. The older one generates static HTML files. The new one generates static XML, JavaScript and html files; the JavaScript generates the HTML that the browser renders from the XML. 3. Thanks Tom, Explanations for #1 & #3. In #2 - Your answer generates another questions or, perhaps I am confused. Are you saying the Online Publish feature only works with Myrootmagic.com? And that I can not direct it to my domain? If so, WHY? My domain is PHP5, MYSql capability. I don't mind sending it to myrootmagic.com, but I want it primarily on my website with my other stuff. I have other generic PHP5 (with Java)pedigrees on there and they works fine. I think I'm confused. Lynn B. On 12/1/2012 4:43 PM, Tom Holden wrote: > 1. Yes.
