When I open my RootsMagic programme a screen appears that tells me that an update is now available. I ask for the update to install and the downloading screen appears. Nothing else seems to happen but after a short time an error notice pops up saying, "Request timeout."   I'd appreciate some advice please as to how I can install the update.   Thanks, Maureen
