When I got the message about the new RM 7 version for update, I went to Help but it told me told me I was using the most current version 6.3.3.2. So I went to the Website and downloaded 7.0.4.0 from there. Since I have had the full registered versions for years, I chose to Unlock Version 7. The screen which comes up when I enter my name and registration number has the Unlock choice grayed out and is unclickable. When I cancel it RM Essential Version opens immediately. I need to know how to fix this problem so I can use the features in the new version. Barbara

Barbara, You need to purchase an unlock code for version 7. The unlock code you purchased for a previous version does not work with the new version. The upgrade is not free.
