There has been a longstanding series of "wishes" along these lines. I think the consensus arrived at in the past has been for: - storing the rules, criteria and other steps involved in arriving at the set of people in a named group as a macro - adding a "Refresh" control to cause the macro to be re-executed The term "dynamic" with its implications overstates the objective and there is concern that automatic "refreshing" with every change in the database could very easily cause an adverse performance hit, especially on larger databases. Thus a user-controlled, manual refresh is the necessary and sufficient solution.
