Works fine for me. You have to open the Media Album on the Death or other fact (click on the Media box in the fact row, or if you have opened the Media Album from somewhere else on the Edit Person screen, you need to select the Death or other fact from the dropdown filter list above the thumbnail/list pane. And if you have added the media to something and want to tag it to the death or other fact, select the media item and then click Tag Media to choose the person, family, fact to which you want it tagged.
