So I went to the Website and downloaded 7.0.4.0 from there. Since I have had the full registered versions for years, I chose to Unlock Version 7. The screen which comes up when I enter my name and registration number has the Unlock choice grayed out and is unclickable. When I cancel it RM Essential Version opens immediately. I need to know how to fix this problem so I can use the features in the new version.
