We just released a new update of RootsMagic (7.0.4.0) that should resolve the issue with the access violations in 7.0.3.x. To download the update go to the "Help" menu and select "Check for Updates" or go to http://rootsmagic.com/download/rootsmagic-7. If you previously disabled WebHints to avoid the error, you may enable them again. You do this for each file by going to Tools > File Options > WebHints. Check the "Enable WebHints" box and press OK. - Bruce
