You mean the program is hung? Try control alt delete - assuming it's a Windows PC or laptop. It may let you close the hung program. Otherwise you will have to use the power button to shut down the computer by holding it until the power goes off. I've no idea why you got this error, however. Are you using an older computer, maybe Windows XP, with inadequate resources? Did you have several programs open at one time? A newer computer could handle that, but older ones can't. If you know someone who is tech savvy you might check into whether upgrading the RAM would help. On some older XP computers it wouldn't.
