Unfortunately, there may be lurkers contemplating switching to RM and the list administrators attitude is enough to scare them off if they think the list is representative of RM customer service.     3. I am new to RM, coming from TMG. The administrator of the TMG list was very lenient, only prohibiting a discussion if it was really off topic AND had really gone on too long. I can't imagine why this discussion would be off limits as it seems important to me to learn whether or not my genealogy program is integrated with a shady company. That's scary!
