Thanks to Bruce for promptly helping by resetting my password and others who gave suggestions. I've logged in to the IPS Community and posted a wish on the RM wishlist and thanks to all for helping. I seem to have set the password enough years ago that I'd lost both my memory of what I'd used as well as the list containing it. Must now do better at recording and keeping handy my list of many passwords!! Thanks again. John Robbins
