I've been a Family Origins and RootsMagic user and follower of this group since back in the '90s. I know that to wish an enhancement of RM I'm supposed to go to the Wish List which is in the Forums of the IPS Community. I'm always flummoxed by that because my e-mail address which has always been the same isn't allowable with logging nor do I have any record or memory of using a username or password at IPS Community, yet to sign in I am to use my e-mail address which it says it can't accept as it is already being used. The big problem is that I see no place in that IPS C to redress this. Can someone here explain how IPS works and how to contact its administrator? I end up never going to that community because of this. I do have some suggestions and wishes but can't get to RM through this vehicle. Would appreciate any help someone here can offer, either on-line or off-line to me. Thanks. John Robbins
