Ok, I tried a different usb port and still the data recently added data will not move to the flash drive. When you click to back up you can see the light flash on the drive but nothing shows up on it. Any think else that I can try? Did you try with a second flash drive or put the flash drive in a different usb slot? There must be some quirk with the computer you are using. I have not tried a cd in years, so cannot comment on that process. And to a cd burner I get a message that says there is an error on SQL and it won't let me proceed. When I talked to RM a few months ago about a similar problem she said that she would set me up to do my backups to my flash drive. And I saw on the screen when I went to file and backup that it was going to my F drive which is where my flash drive is. Then I hit back up and it said ok.
