Underneath the Password field in the login screen is a link "I've forgotten my password". Click on that and see if you can get it reset that way. However, you may need your username which is not your email address and if you cannot remember it, maybe you cannot get a reset. You could try registering for a new account but it probably does not allow a second user name for the same email address. If you have another email address, you could use it. Without being logged in, I see no way to contact an Administrator via the IPC Community. Bruce is one of them and monitors this list. Alternatively, you could send a message via the RootsMagic website to Support.
